Hannah here 👋 - there is a wide range of reasons why you may not have received you bill yet for example if it doesn't fall in line with your other readings or even just system errors running behind 🏃 but best to follow @WizzyWigg 's advice and contact us so we can get it sorted 😊. I wouldn't worry @gbhxu and differences are worked out and sorted out promptly - so if we owe you anything you'll be credited!

Hopefully others in the know will post the answer because I've a similar question.

Had my first actual meter read by a meter reader for over 18 months, yesterday. I've been overestimated by 220 kWh! since I last submitted my meter reading.

Hoping to get recredited the difference ASAP

I had this problem back in March. Have you not received a meter reading confirmation email from EoN.Next? I sent an email to hi@eonnext.com with subject line "Meter readings submitted but no statement" and the problem was solved. Alternatively you can use WhatsApp or Twitter.
