As per @retrotecchie probably an Eon Next issue but have you tried clearing the cache for your browser then going back to your account? It's a long shot. No problems with me on Mac OS Android Linux using app or browser.

Cache cleared. Tried different devices. Tried on different networks (again no VPN before someone suggests that). Yet still the same error, and as I say this has been going on for more than a week now.

It was a long shot. Sorry it didn't work. Have you tried contacting Customer Services? If you haven't might be worth it. WhatsApp or Twitter seems to be best. They might be able to help. -

Yep, still unable to login.
I've had no issues logging in until recently. Trying to reset my password doesn't even work, and looking at Twitter, I'm not the only one having the same issues
It's clearly an issue on Eon's end and the time its taking to resolve it is becoming quite concerning given im due to renewal soon, but currently don't have access to my account. -

Is there any update on when this issue should be fixed?
It's three weeks now without being able to login to my account.
I've also not received my bill for this month, or info regarding my renewal via email so there's clearly something going on.
I'd ideally stick with eon, but the fact i can't access or monitor my account has me leaning to switching suppliers.
