Hi am having the same issue now and have been having a back an forth by twitter and chat with the EON team. It's only happened in the last few days too. I live abroad so use Express VPN all the time. Like you I have had a go with and without everything. Did you manage to resolve your issue? Thanks
Hannah here ๐ - just to let you know that today and yesterday we have reports that some customers have struggling to log into their accounts. But we're aware of things and we're working on it ๐ .

Thanks for the information. It looks like @Han_EONNext post there are issues which they are working on. I just wondered originally if the recent ExpressVPN updates might have been causing any issues. Thanks I will have a read through and see if there is anything more I can do. I know my software is always up to date so it's not that.
In which case, more than likely a problem at E.on Next's end, although I have no problem at all with Windoze and Chrome.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
