Is anyone else still waiting to receive their final installation (March) of the £400 COL payment?.

06-05-23@Silentmist can you please give us some more information? Did you say you are missing the final payment for the EBSS scheme ? Have you checked your account online to see if it has been added there?

14-05-23@Silentmist Have you received an update about your account? There is a specialist team who is dealing with the missing voucher or money from the EBSS scheme. Customer service is supposed to be raising this issue for you.
Do you know if perhaps they have done so? -
