Wow wee! 😂 I got an email thanking me for taking part. Shame I never ever got confirmation, at square one, of my contribution to the one and only event I was allowed to opt into. As far as I can tell my data is still up in the cloud ☁. Lost for ever.
Methinks these emails might just be a blanket 'pat on the back' mail-shot 🤔. Or is that me just being cynical in my old age👴. 🤗
Can you confirm that, for any DFS events taking place in the future, customers wishing to take part will need to opt-in to these events as they have done this winter just gone?
Perhaps you can also confirm what decision has been made WRT the reward calculation - specifically the removal of the in-day adjustment element that happened in mid-February? Is this going to be permanent irrespective of the ESO National Grid rules that will be in effect when the next round of DFS takes place?

Just filled in a survey relating to The National Grid ESO's Demand Flexibility Service (via an email from Eon Next). They asked all the right poignant questions. The subject of in-day adjustment did appear in some of the questions and I answered accordingly with views that I have already expressed (at some length) in these forums. 😉
