Hi @PieterE It might be worth getting in touch with our customer service team to inquire about the quote. There is a link on my signature which you can use to contact the team. Let me know how you get on with this. It might also be worth logging out of the community and trying the website that way? Not sure if that would affect things. We are seeing some website issues where it is being very temperamental when people log in.

how strange that even though we have full eligibility we still cannot get this tariff, we have the smart metre supplied by eon-next themselves, have had an EV for years and years we have simply everything but we cannot get this tariff. We have spent hours on the phone being passed around by people and still no joy?
I appreciate it's been a while (I've actually also been away from the Community here a little while myself) so I'm sorry that I haven't seen your post here until just now.
I'd be interested to know if you've since been able to get onto our EV tariff since posting in here?
