I have been trying to get a statement for my prepayment gas meter for the past 6 months I was told it would be once a year, my last bill was Mar 22, now all I get is you just top it up at the shop which is no help at all. Ive tried schrolling through the meter and it does not display the information you would get on a Statement. When can I expect a proper answer and a statement or do I need to go to an ombudsman

I have contacted customer service by email as I cant get through on the phone but they just keep telling me where to top up and not when I will get a bill -
@Louie66 when was the last bill you did receive? Like @Anasa_EONNext said, we tend to send it annually. Have you tried to get in touch to our Customer Service on Whatsapp? They are very quick and very useful.

Hi the last bill I received was March 2022. I have not got whatsapp so I cant contact them that way I am using a computer
