Our smart meter is not working. For a few weeks now it has been saying that it is connected to the meter but not receiving data. I have turned it on and off at the wall, unplugged and changed locations to be nearer hub but nothing worked. Any ideas? Thanks.
You'll need to speak to customer service to have it re-authorised and paired to the electric meter. That's what 28-1 means. You won't be able to do it yourself.

Yes, that's about right. If it's out of warranty, they won't replace it. You might be better off saving your pennies and using a free app like Hugo or Bright.
