Hi

Ive had my smart meter in for nearly 3 years never had an issue, about 4 week ago now the IHD started showing no connection. Ive spoken with Eon loads done all the necessary checks and resets nothing works. Ive downloaded the free apps and nothing can connect to my smart meter. Now iam being told its something in the house blocking the signal but nothing has changed in the 3 years we have been here. Ive been told i can buy a new IHD but dont want to be wasting money on one if its gonna have the same issue. Please help its stressing me out now!! Its not too bad now the warmer weather coming but coming autumn/winter i like to keep an eye on how much energy iam using so i dont get massive bills i cant afford!!! Please help and thank you in advance!!!

You have a WAN Outage it seems. Please ask customer service to raise that with DCC.
