Yeah thats what I was told by CS in April and is mentioned earlier in this thread. CS said they are waiting for it to be fixed. Looking at that thread looks like you were able to get it corrected for your IHD?

I've personally never bothered too much with the IHD showing the cost, to me the energy usage is more important. π -

After another manual update my IHD is now finally showing the correct prices. I had about 5 in April that didn't fix it and I think this was my 4th one since the July price changes but it is finally now showing the correct DD tariff prices. Just thought I would mention in case anyone else is still trying to get theirs corrected.

I was going to give up after they managed to delete my DD and speaking about it with you yesterday, but had already requested one with support. Given the amount of updates I had without any change was nearing double digits I was assuming nothing would happen and was just going to leave it and check in a few months but to my surprise it worked!
Bigger question now is could CS have done that all along, or have eon actually fixed the DD pricing tariff issue...
Either way GL with getting yours fixed π€
