Prior to the £67 monthly energy support payments I was paying £95 per month for electricity via direct debit, which was reduced to £28 per month during the scheme.
Now the support scheme has come to an end my direct debit is still set at £28 which is obviously far too low.
Am I right to assume I will have to increase the ammount myself or will it automatically revert back to the higher payments?
Just to let you all know that we are still in the process of reviewing and updating accounts so it may be the next payment before you see any changes. If however you are worried about this you can of course still make a one off payment in your online account or over the phone using your debit card 😊

I am in the same position. I am waiting until tomorrow when the DD is taken from my bank. I suspect it will be the full amount without the energy bill support scheme discount.
@Marty66 They've done exactly the same to me, the DD which is due out on Monday is for the lesser amount. They clearly made a complete mess of applying the scheme all round - with me, they didn't apply the discount to the DD but added it as a credit to my account. When I rang them they initially insisted it could be done either way, until I quoted information I found online which proved them wrong. They then said oh no, there was a problem with the "system". No doubt many people are going to have to adjust their DDs due to the latest issue - and as they can't be bothered to provide support at the weekend it's no doubt going to be fun trying to get through to them on the phone tomorrow.
@Sallyjw1970
I'm in same boat. I'm sorry to say with DD issues and completely the wrong tariffs on IHD and Bright app it's going to be a Black Monday for CS. 🙁 I've sent all my details through but not holding my breath for an instant reply. Thank goodness for self meter readings and the spreadsheet.
My DD was changed to zero for the duration of the EBSS because my monthly payment was below the £66/67. As my DD usually goes out on the 1st of the month or the first working day after, when I logged into my bank account on Friday I expected to see a DD going out on Monday but there was nothing.
I contacted eonnext on Friday and they've had to set my DD 'up again', starting in May so to stick to my payment plan I need to make an ad hoc payment myself in April.
Eonnext had had 6 months to prepare for this and to not be ready, is quite frankly nothing short of inept.

Wrong!
The DD that was taken today was the same as had been taken for the last six months with the EBSC discount applied.
My dashboard says the tariffs are still updating for April 1st.
I presume the £67 will be taken from my account when EonNext have got themselves sorted out.
Same, they've only taken my lesser DD as if I'm still in receipt of the rebate payment (I wish!). Oh well will give it a week to see if they acknowledge the issue and up my direct debit manually if nothing shows up to say they will fix it themselves.
Same here. My DD is still £91 when it should have gone back to £158
Will wait for a few days before doing anything as this is obviously a general problem.
Hopefully they will sort this very shortly?
Actually as our account is well in credit I'm just going to ignore this issue. If they take the missing £67 this month, then ok. If not it will presumably be adjusted to the correct amount for May, and the underpayment for April can just reduce the credit on our account.
