If it helps, I've just done a calculation using today's usage and various figures and the IHD is using the April figures from the email to calculate the usage not the figures updated in the IHD.
UPDATE spoke too soon! IHD is now using the incorrect figures to calculate usage. A word of warning if it's only the IHD that's wrong leave well alone, thought I'd phone to ask them to update it, but ended up with them messing up my daily and unit charges to the wrong ones in my account and increasing my Direct Debit! They have reverted the charge rates back but cannot reduce the Direct Debit. Oh well will have plenty of credit for next winter!!

I noticed today the tariff values on my IHD have increased. I checked the tariff listed in my account online and in the E.on next app, Gas appears to be correct but electric is showing 6.4p per day more on my IHD than the next flex tariff, the price per kWh is showing approximately 2.5p extra also.
Who should I contact to get this changed as I like to keep a close eye on our usage and having incorrect data is a pain.
