I am on a NetFlex electricity only tariff and these are the new rates I have been given form April 1st from the email I received which tally with the information in my account.
Day/Night and off peak are all the same which is correct as my meter is a multi rate meter but I am on a single rate tariff.
The confusion is that the standing charge has stayed the same but unit rates have risen a significant ammount. I had the impression it would be the other way round.

Your new unit rates do seem high. Things shouldn't change too much from what they have been. It's well known that tariff rates in the app and online can take time to show the correct rates but we're told the emails have the correct info. That said, many of us on fixed tariffs received an incorrect email yesterday, although it was corrected by a second email a couple of hours later.
You could always give it a couple of days to see if things right themselves. Either that or contact customer service on Monday, but I'm guessing they're going to be busy.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
Well i have got a second email and i don't understand it.
All i know is that i am on a Next Online v17 fixed tariff and my understanding is my prices should be fixed and stay the same. Well since April 1st my gas price as doubled per hour and i can no longer afford to put it on more than once a day.
As soon has my tariff comes to an end it is goodbye eon
Things are taking time to settle down and show the correct info. I’m having issues too, which is frustrating, but I’m confident it will get sorted so that I’m not disadvantaged in the end. Your v17 tariff should not have altered very much on 1st April and we’re told the bills will be correct… let’s hope so. You could just reply to that email with your concerns and it should be sorted.
I was on v17 but worked out I would be a few pounds a month better off on NextFlex monthly fixed DD now so have switched, although that may not be the case for everyone on that tariff.
There are no exit fees on v17 so you can switch whenever you please.
As for my IHD, I’ll wait until my tariff info is correct on my online account before I chase an update on that.

I have received an email Today confirming that with the EPG in place until end of June, my unit prices will be 33.52 p/kWh and the standing charge will be 49.60 p/day.
That is more in line with what I expected, so all sorted now.
