Mine was fitted November 2017 when NPower was around.
Smart meter not yet updated???

@WizzyWigg mines been in quite some years now so if they are having problems with that one i net thats why mine hasnt updated,gas one was fitted same time bit thats updated so i think ill hang on, i know it wont make any difference to the billing.

@Anasa_EONNext has the problem with the old snart meters been sorted yet? As my electric smart meter is still reading the old tariffs

@Anasa_EONNext has the is issue with with the update to the old smart meters been resolved yet as my electric smart meter is still showing the old tariffs, I think my smart meter is an old one as the serial number starts with 17P
