Smart meter not yet updated???

My smart meter has updated and I noticed this morning that the tariffs showing are considerably more than those quoted me in their recent email. I only have electricity, no gas where I live, The prices look right on my online account, though, so presumably this is just a glitch and won't affect what I am actually charged. It's a bit concerning though and I'll have to check with them.

Yeap, mine unpated today and online it says 34.76 per unit of electric and 61.82 for standing charge. The IHD says 37.54 per unit and 68.83 standing charge!
Gas prices are correct of the IHD.
Which am I paying, online or IHD?

If you are from N Wales & Mersey and paying via Direct Debit then the online numbers are correct. The numbers on the IHD/Meter are for Standard Credit/Payment on Receipt of Bill for the same region NOT direct debit.
You will be paying in accordance with what your account tariffs are and not what the IHD states.
I have no idea why this has happened but at least you now know. You can either wait to see if it is rectified or chance you arm with a phone call/email now that you know what Eon Next have done. -
My tariff still hasn't updated on the meters, I've messaged them, I know it's not really a problem as they will take the readings and work out your bill, but it's nice to see the correct amount you are using, I take meter readings and work it out myself for now.

I know from recent experience that they can update your IHD really quick. If someone actually reads your message today then you could find it updated tomorrow morning.
Interestingly, my electric had updated by the time I got up but the gas didn’t update until mid-morning.I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit. -
@JoeSoap I've messaged them and they want photos of what it says on the smart meters, I replied you just need to send they new tariffs through to the meters that's all,they've not replied

Try an email with ''Request IHD Tariff Update'' as a title and put all the other details like your account number etc. in the body of the text.
