When are we going to get an official notification of our new rates and Standing Charges w.e.f. from 01 April? Sure, we can probably trawl for that information, but the suppliers are obliged to give us this information in a timely manner. We're only a week away now so how much longer do we need to wait to be notified?
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
E.ON Next has begun notifying customers of any upcoming changes ๐. Customers who pay via DD will be notified first as we aim to give all Direct Debit customers at least 14 days notice of any payment changes. Nevertheless emails have started to go out today, and letters should land within customers from Friday 24th March 2023.

I don't know but there will be little enough change for me to be concerned about. And if I get the detail in 2 weeks time I'll be content.
I'm sure that the suppliers issue a general statement that prices are changing and that's enough to cover their licence obligations. OFGEM police all this and don't seem at all concerned.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but Iโll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
