After a year of trying to get my meter read and changed I have been working with the Ombudsman Services & we agreed a decision from a letter dated 1 March 2023
Im still waiting to hear from Eon Next as they have apparently agreed with the Ombudsman & have 10 days to complete the work
Can anyone chase this up for me please or any advice
The Ombudsman has said if works are not completed by 3 April 2023 to call them back
Best way to chase it up would be a phone call to customer services. Not much we can add as a customer to customer forum, I'm afraid.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
Called customer services the person on my case has been on annual leave but ill hopefully get a phone call on Thursday from her
so Progress thanks for the help
Hannah here ๐. Have you had your appointment booked in? Or is the Energy Specialist still on leave?
HI yes they rang yesterday the 30th march and have booked me in for the 18th April
can't believe its took a year to sort this out at least there is progress now
many thanks
