The 3 statements that you have shown (for electricity) now need to be cancelled themselves and re-issued using the following meter reads:
BILL 1 (16th Jan -17th Feb inc) should have reads of start 17382.5 end 17568 (this is when you changed tariff from Next Flex)
BILL 2 (18th Feb - 31st March) should have reads of start 17568 end 17845.5
BILL 3 (1st April -19th May) should have reads of start 17845.5 end 18096.0
I'll work out what the electricity charges should have been for these 3 bills later today when I get back unless someone else would care to do it. All the credits and debits relating to the electricity account need to be reversed and recalculated as above by Eon Next.
@Andy65 thanks for your reply, I'm honestly getting a headache trying to deal with these people.
The billing department seems to be useless.
This morning I was told they have rebilled me and issued a new bill. To my surprise, no bill issues and still asking for the same amount.
Last year when I contacted them they fixed my issues really quick. This time it's been 3 weeks and I'm just getting thrown from one person to another.

I'll tag @Han_EONNext for you and ask if she can take a look at the account for you. The two legitimate reads in Jan and Feb look perfectly valid based on your usual consumption but that 'Final Read' and 'Opening Read' are obviously erroneous and have clearly caused a massive error in billing.
17.5 MEGAWATTS consumption should have immediately triggered alarm bells but obviously they don't have processes in place for spotting what looks like a glaring mistake.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
