Over 10 days ago I sent 2 emails to the fit team regarding my updated installation new inverter new Bidirectional meter
enclosed in the mail :-
Eon declaration signed by myself and my mcs installer
Photos of readings for new and old meterSchematic of the installation
Documents on how the installed Bidirectional meter operated and certificates
I have had no communication from the fit team I am concerned because shortly I am not going to be able to receive and deal with any communication due to things beyond my control
is it normal to be left high and dry without at least saying ( we have received your mails and are dealing with it )
