Over 10 days ago I sent 2 emails to the fit team regarding my updated installation new inverter new Bidirectional meter
enclosed in the mail :-
Eon declaration signed by myself and my mcs installer
Photos of readings for new and old meterSchematic of the installation
Documents on how the installed Bidirectional meter operated and certificates
I have had no communication from the fit team I am concerned because shortly I am not going to be able to receive and deal with any communication due to things beyond my control
is it normal to be left high and dry without at least saying ( we have received your mails and are dealing with it )
Frustrating for sure. Perhaps give them a ring on 0808 501 5218 on Monday 9am to 5pm to check that at least they have received the email and maybe hasten a response.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.

thanks for your input much appreciated I've just had a email from the Feed in tariff team this morning confirming confirmation of my PV solar battery installation
@DebF_EONNext yes all sorted thanks they said Eon records updated and passed on to Ofgem for my PV installation upgrade new meter + new inverter + battery.
