We are on a top-up meter, the old style one, and still haven't received a single voucher for our energy. The £400 is universal, but E-on haven't sent us any of it, why??
The £400 is indeed universal but administered through the energy companies. Are your meters registered with Eon.next and do they have full details of you correct name and address as well as the meter serial number(s)?
Many people who have always just 'topped up their meter' but the account isn't correctly registered have had this issue. It may even be that if that is the case, just because it says Eon on the meter, it doesn't necessarily follow that they are indeed your supplier.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
Are you actually registered with Eon.Next as your supplier? Unless they have your correct account details for your meters, they don't know who you are!
