I think it's still a little bit too soon to be able to do anything right now, as a full commission takes six weeks from the date of install. Please keep an eye on how things go and feel free to stop by again if things aren't working after the 15th August. :)

@Barney - If you would like to private message me with your account number and also some up-to-date meter readings I can bill your account for you. As @theunknowntech said, it can take a little while for your meters to connect after a switch.

Ok I was told the smart meter team would reset it but it has been over 6 weeks now and still nothing is working so as normal not a smart meter at all. They Sell smart meters as if it is going to do the customer's a great deal of good not true, I can only hope things start working soon.
