Since November I have been chasing my credit, with no luck - email responses have avoided to answer my queries in full - given another reason to wait. Seems that no one has answers to whether I am due this money, which is leading to a lack of transparency to how this business is run !!! Any ideas on how I can get this moving forward !!!! I have officially raised complaint in January, and will be speaking to ombudsman when I reach the 8 weeks - I can’t believe the lack of support or knowledge to resolve what I thought was a simple query.

As a customer to customer forum predominately, your post doesn't tell us enough to advise you. It would seem likely that you are writing about the £400 government credit delivered via 6 monthly amounts October 22 to March 23. But if you could post back with more detail including your meter type we'll try to help.
