I would suggest that you pop our energy specialists a message you can find our contact info HERE. It looks like there is certainly an issue with the meter communicating with your in home display. Do you know if we are still receiving your meter readings?

Thanks for the reply, I think the meter readings are not received. It has been two months of no billing, and I have submitted manual readings for more than two weeks now, no statement or anything came back except the email regarding my manual submission.
I have made calls to the hotline but your colleague told me to wait for 8 weeks for the "Smart" team to look into the case.
Log a complaint on https://www.resolver.co.uk/. It's easy and the website has all the emails for managers, directors etc and so it easily handles escalations.
