IHD Not Connecting To Smart Meter

    My Ivie IHD has been working fine for some time now but yesterday it stopped communicating with the Smart Meter (secure Liberty 100).

    The Wi-Fi signal on the IHD is fine but the signal strength indicator on it for the smart meter is cycling through all its bars. Also after 1 minute or so the IHD reboots itself.

    I have reset the IHD but it is now stuck on the screen where it is trying to connect to the HAN.

    I have checked the smart meter out and the WAN looks good at full signal (5 flashes) but there is no indication on the Home Area Network (HAN) at all.

    I’m assuming that if the HAN is not working, the gas meter will also not be connected to the network allowing readings to be sent back to the suppliers.

    Could someone assist in some way.

    Good evening @MrAbattoir Anasa here 👋 I'm sorry to hear that your IHD has stopped working you're right it's likely we wont be able to get any further reads electronically until the issue is fixed so just a heads up please provide up to date manual reads where you can, in the mean time if you get in touch with one of our Digi Energy Specialist they'll be able to get the ball rolling to get you up and running again 😊
