Smart meter Pavlova

    SoEngineer came on 10th February
    2023 and fitted a E7 smartmeter, for which I paid £157.86,
    He told me that he would have to come back as it was a dumb meter and that he wouldn't leave an IHD as it wouldn't work as its a dumb meter.
    Have been told since that it doesn't have a comms hub fitted.
    Been trying to book an appointment, to have comms hub fitted,
    What a pavlova.
    My meter is not sending readings, I've asked E'on if they are receiving meter readings, they said no, I wonder why?
    Been told that there is no need for engineer to visit and they can update it remotely, How?


    How can I get through to someone who knows what they are doing, so I can book an appointment 🤔
