@dalgiu Good morning! Anasa here 👋 one for the Community Co-ordinators, I'm so pleased that you've found the forum and have had a very speedy reply from our very knowledgeable volunteers on here. @meldrewreborn and @retrotecchie are spot on, Eon Next don't support those types of meters and this is why you have the two tariff set up.
By now you should have got a reply from one of our of Digi Energy Specialist who you will be able to have a chat with and find a way forward with this, we'll be sorry to see you go if you do decide to leave but totally understand that you have to do what's best for you.
It would be great if you could pop back on here and share your customer journey with us as I'm sure there could be others that may benefit from this post in the future 😊

You appear to have a two tier meter (economy 7 or 10 or similar) with peak and off peak rates, and a another single tier meter.
Rates at first glance look correct for south of scotland. The question really is why do you have two meters?
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
I suspect it's a legacy 'Heatsave' or 'Flexheat' arrangement with a complex metering arrangement. Consistent with older electric heating systems offered by Scottish Power back in the day. Obsolete in today's world and only properly supported by SSE/OVO.
They were either a single 'complex meter' or two separate meters but with two lots of MPAN numbers and two lots of standing charges in either case.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
You need to switch back to Scottish Power or OVO. They are the only suppliers that can handle complex heat meter tariffs. That will be why the previous incumbent was with them. Eon Next should have refused point blank to take on this setup as they are simply not geared up for it.
