@Saoliver1003 Anasa here 👋 one of the Community Co-ordinators, I'm so sorry to here that you have received a final bill and you are not sure why.. there could be a few reasons why and quite rightly as @meldrewreborn mentioned there is a chance it could be a mix up with your meters, this can happen if you are in a communal area sometimes the meter details can get crossed.
