I've received the DM thank you, I have replied just asking for some more information, account number, full address you know the data protection stuff.
Reading through the thread and looking at those reads, it would appear the account balance is potentially up-to date. Are you still in contact with customer service about this?
We wouldn't be able to issue a refund if the account wasn't billed upto date or if the account had reverse charges applied, that's if this caused a consumption gap. This basically means that we can reverse any bill, if this creates a consumption gap the moment a new read is entered this clears the consumption gap and creates what we could call a catch up bill.
