I signed up for the Energy Shift days back in October 2022 and was invited to 2 energy shift days in November but haven't had anymore invites since. I know there have been a few more days since this as my parents have done them all. Has anyone else stopped receiving invites?
Hello! I signed up in October and have never been invited to an energy shift day. I've seen on the news today that we should receive a notification today if we've signed up as the trials have finished and everyone should be taking part. Are Eon just being slow?
How have we missed the event? We both signed up in October and in my case EON decided not to invite me to anymore events. The promise of lower bills for all based on energy usage is obviously a load of bull if only select few people are being included!
I haven't received any invites, though the criteria does apply to me. Nothing on the Eon next www that makes it easy to apply or ask questions - directing us to the community instead. Can some one in the community resolve this?
Its ridiculous. I don't understand why I stopped being invited. I don't expect anyone from Eon Next to reply to us. I clearly meet the criteria as I had the first too invites in November.
My account is set for half hourly readings, and opted in marketing since last year. I also have Eon Next app on my phone, there for I have met all eligibility requirements.
To date, I have NEVER received an email or SMS regarding Demand Flexibility Service !
It appears to join Demand Flexibility Service, accounts are chosen at RANDOM.... ???

Yes I am able to receive emails, and my smart meter has always been sending readings every 30 minutes. Does that mean I have been included in todays energy saving scheme?
