My fixed rate came to an end on 19th January ☹️, but my smart meter pricing has not changed to the new rates. Will this automatically change over the next few days or will I have to phone?
It can take a few days for this to update & you may need to turn your IHD off then turn it back on as close to the meter as possible to reset. If it still hasn't updated after this I would get in touch with our energy specialists as @retrotecchie has said if you let them know you need an IHD tariff update and they will do a remote update for you. If your fixed rate was reduced by the EPG, then your new variable rate won't be very different at all. However, if you send an email to hi@eonnext.com with all your details and "Request Smart Meter Tariff Update" in the subject, this should ensure your meters are indeed up to date.
