Hello . I am writing about the electricity and gas bill. I got a bill of 275.92 after readings not taken by me personally. On January 14, gas was 117.34, while electricity on April 31, and the total amount to be paid is 275.92, the above readings were not sent by me personally. Could you please explain why such a large amount appears on the bill.
Also today I wanted to send a reading for electricity, but the account showed me that the reading took place and is 12080 on January 15, where today around 6 pm the reading was 12040. Also, I would like to ask for help in understanding this. Thank you and best regards .
If you've not submitted a reading yourself or you've not had a meter reader to read it, they've estimated what they think you should have used since the last bill
