The engineer was at my property within a few hours of the emergency call being arranged. It wasn't a simple to fix and the engineer really went 'above & beyond' to get everything up a running. Finally got everything working at 8pm last night.
Have you tried a different supplier? You have the right to choose any supplier and there will be no difference in prices right now. I'd go with whoever gets you a meter in soonest.
