Uh-huh! Have you tried a simple delete and reinstall? @Mickfan803 some members have said this has worked for them 😊. Alternatively some members also talk about using alternative apps to help track your usage such as the Bright or Loop app.

Thinking about replacing your boiler? You can find out more about our boiler solutions 👉 HERE 👈
@Han_EONNext this has not been working in my app for months now I messaged them about it they said it would soon be sorted, it isn't. I recently had a new boiler fitted and would have liked to have monitored how much my energy use has changed. It would also have been great to have a look at my readings before the price changes again tomorrow! I am limited by a pain condition to getting in under my stairs to look at my meters! 😔
Update on the issues I reported. I see the e.on next app has changed so we can now see daily data. But the new issue is that the app missed out the correct data for March 27th, and shows data for March 28th. and now every day since the daily data is actually from the next day, eg on today April 10th the last data for electric is shown against April 6th, but this is actually data for April 7th, according to both loop and bright! So still work on the app required.
Hi, not sure that website is current. I have a smets1 meter which it says isn’t supported, but e.on, and previously first utility, have no issues getting smart readings for my bills. Plus loop and bright for their apps, and sometimes even the e.on next app!

Well spotted. Just checked my app and exactly the same, usage data on the app is out by one day for both gas and electric. Maybe @Han_EONNext can pass this to the appropriate department.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.

Hannah here 👋 - Uh-uh! I'll get that passed onto the tech team this morning and hopefully they can get it fixed pretty soon.
In regards to your meter - have you been in touch with an Energy Specialist about it?
@Han_EONNext. Hi i don’t currently have an issue with the smets1 meter. when i switched to e.on i wasn’t expecting the readings to be taken smartly and had asked whether they would be installing a newer version, but the answer was no. but then after a few months i saw readings were been taken automatically and i havent had any issue since with bills. it is just the e.on app seems to have issues showing the correct data. i don’t what handshaking goes on between dcc and the requesting partner, eg if can request for specific dates or just get a set of data and has to assume the date it’s from. note i only have an old ihd which can’t show old data hence using the various apps.
