@Mailman no of course not. Everyone is entitled to their say. Everyone has a voice. But was just saying I had mine and you was all jumping on mine. I reply on the app no one knows my circumstances which I donโt need to go into. Just think people need to be mindful of everyone elseโs life situations. And this page is to try get answers about why things arnt working or support. No need to remove. Free speech and all that. ๐๐

I agree @Vic08 some do rely and some don't!
Although we have a smart meter, when we was with E.ON Next we still used the app to monitor things as our IHD didn't work ๐. Hopefully we can get it sorted for you soon ๐ - please do contact us if you need to check your account or have any questions about anything ๐.
I can certainly see why some don't need to use it and have great tracking systems like @Mailman & @meldrewreborn but I do also completely understand why those who choose to use it do and I agree we do need to be mindful of other peoples life situations everyone's questions, thoughts and feelings are valid and this is a great place to be able to do that and come together so it's great to have you here and to be able to reach out @Vic08 ๐Last edited by Anasa_EONNext; 02-03-23 at 12:29.

@Loweys that doesn't sound too good! After the ombudsman decides you need an appointment does one ever get booked in for you? Or do you have the appointment and the same happens? -
@Han_EONNextIm awaiting decision from ombudsman and STILL keep hounding EON for an appointment

@Loweys
the meter is the thing that actually measures your consumption. The IHD is the device that is intended to give you data from the meter in a simpler and informative manner. What exactly is inactive?Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but Iโll continue to express my opinions nonetheless. -
@meldrewreborn not a.clue what inactive means. Something to do with the meter not communicating with IHF as far as I know. But they need to come and sort it
-
@Loweys
is this on the meter or the IHD? If itโs on the IHD and the IHD is over 12 months old, they will wash their hands of the matter.
Itโs not right in my opinion, but that seems to be the consensus.Last edited by meldrewreborn; 02-03-23 at 16:51.
