trying to find out if anyone has any idea how long the reissue of vouchers taking.
beginning of November swapped to a smart payg meter from a key meter received the November voucher and none of my local post office`s would put in on to the smart one they all said that they could only put it on key or card spoke to someone from eon on the phone on the 17 November an was told it should take up to three weeks to get it reissued strait to the meter .
called back after the three weeks and was told it was now going to take four to five weeks.
after five weeks was told it will happen eventually. still waiting for it any one able to tell me more about this.
@GRP Anasa here 👋 I'm so sorry to hear that you've had issues with getting your voucher, pleased you were able to get some sort of clarification although not great that you've not been given a date due to the back log, we are working hard to get through the back log. If you do find yourself struggling whilst waiting for your voucher please get in touch and we can see what we can do for you as we do understand the situation is not ideal especially at this time of the year in the current crises 😊

Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
well finally managed to get a reply after sending yet another email to eon only to be told they will get it done but there`s a backlog no expected date though
