@jodieallport
The December vouchers have only just begun to trickle through the Royal Mail backlog in the last few days, so fingers crossed yours will arrive shortly.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons. -
@jodieallport Anasa here 👋 just checking in to see if you've had your December voucher yet, I'm so sorry that there have been some delays with the strikes and Christmas now that post has re started we are hoping that they start to trickle in but if not please let me know 😊'The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members’

Do you mean the voucher that was supposed to be received for the first week commencing the month of December?
-
@Lewis yes that one
-
Hi @Anasa_EONNext no I still haven’t received the voucher

@jodieallport I did receive mine, I got it around the 21st, however, I'm in need of the January one now. I live alone and need that support payment ASAP, I don't know what to do as I've no money for food let alone topping up. I really hope you get yours soon. I haven't managed to get through to them for advice. I think a lot of us are in the same situation....its so scary and worrying, I don't know what to suggest to help people like ourselves. It's hurting me...

@jodieallport I live in a one bedroom house, I've had no heating on, just a oil radiator to warm my living room after work. And i work 5 days a week. The only appliance on is my fridge, I boil a kettle to wash up and use my electric oven at bare minimum, shower every 2 days instead of once a day to cut costs which I hate. No hot water on. yet I'm still using nearly £3 a day. How is that even feasable, I know people paying the same amount a day running 3 bedroom houses with children and using so much more....its a joke

@Moomin17
My neighbour's December voucher arrived on Jan 3rd. Her January one arrived this morning. Posted two days ago.
