Meters are not card or key we pay on credit card when required cant do it online as partner has signing on details and she is in a reduced coma so been trying to call them to get credit on meters

@Pete657 I'm sorry to hear about the situation you're in currently. Have you ever received a letter which contains top up bar codes at all? These can be used to top up your Smart Meters in any Payzone/PayPoint or Post Office - if you don't have these and you're unable to get through on the phone, please send me a private message on here confirming your full address and confirming your email address, and I will email these over to you so that you can top up.
