Just a quick update - we're now receiving your meter readings through again.
We've received two through on the 5th January and these should now continue to come through on the 5th of each month 😊

@PeterT_EONNext Oh, amazing! Thank you, I didn't know they had been out to fix it. Now just need to.figure out how to get my usage data, which I've just found out is something you guys don't do yet?
Are there any third party apps that could be used to plug the gap here?

The communications for your meter seem to be up and running from a remote fix put in place by the Smart Team - you should be able to track your usage going forwards now though.
If you don't have an in home display at the property, there are some alternatives available to track usage. @theunknowntech wrote a great thread about this while back if you'd like to have a read through when you have time and have a look at following one of the options that best suit you? You can find the thread here 😊
