Has anyone been able to receive this as an email etc I could really really do with it i can't afford to put anymore money on the meter once the current credit runs out..
No, E.On have still not come up for a solution to send credits via email or text. They say they're working on it...
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble keeping your meter topped up. We can see your account from here as you've signed up to the Community using the same email address which is associated with your E.ON Next account. If you're having trouble keeping your meter topped up, please do get in touch with customer services so that an energy specialist can talk through options with you in order to keep you on supply.
Your vouchers for October, November and December are showing as being redeemed, Decembers being redeemed on 19th December for your meter, is it possible that someone else may have redeemed this for your key on your behalf?

Are you able to send a picture of your meter over here? I'll need to check the meter details on the front of your meter and find out what has happened to the voucher sent out in December.
The serial number on the front of your meter matches the redemption for Decembers voucher - if you haven't received this/redeemed this then I'm not 100% sure what could have happened here.
I've referred your account to a team here who manage the Energy Bills Support Scheme vouchers to chase this up, I Should know more within the next day or 2 once they get back to me.
Can you not view my top ups?? £66/67 whatever the number is did not happen.. Thank you for chasing this up for me tho sorry i know its not your fault im just as confused
@Bradc We can yes - they can take up to 5 days to show up on your account when you top up though as the payments from PayPoint/Payzone or the Post Office don't show instantly unfortunately.
The vouchers are sent in a letter with your name on and should require you/someone else on your behalf to take some form of proof of your name and address in order to redeem the vouchers in the Post Office, this is to prevent someone else using the voucher for their meter.
We'll trace the top up which is showing as being redeemed on 19th December to find out which key this has been applied to, as currently, this is showing for S12N17820 (your meters serial number) which are the settings attached to your key. If you didn't do this though, we'll need to find out how this could have happened.
The team are aware so we can find out what has happened with the voucher/where this was redeemed/what key was used etc.
I live alone.. Nobody apart from me can do that. Only i have the key. I was on emergency credit yesterday. So how could i have possibly put the voucher on on Monday. I topped up today £30......
