It happened again!

Hey all you cool cats and kittens (is Tiger King still cool?)

We've only gone and reached YET ANOTHER milestone here on the Community! A total of 25,000 posts!

Of course, none of this would be possible without all of you lovely lot posting your questions and keeping the conversation going, making the Community a much better place day in, day out!

It was only just over 4 weeks ago that our lovely @Anasa_EONNext was posting about us reaching the 20,000 mark, and here we are already at 25,000!

So what's been going on?

We know that even in such a short space of time, there's been plenty of changes happening as we delve even further into these colder months 🥶.

We've seen such lovely help and advice being given across the forums, especially in relation to Prepayment meters and the best ways to get in touch with customer services, as well as making sure you can get to speak to someone if you have an emergency, which is extremely important at the moment whilst we're going through this period of the year!

Times are challenging at the moment, there's no doubt about that. From both an individual point of view and in relation to getting the answers that you need - but please do persevere and post your qualms here on the Community so that discussions can be had, as we constantly see fantastic resolutions being met right here on the Community.




I have to add that also, @retrotecchie one of our very valuable forum volunteers predicted this very outcome not so long ago! 🔮 very on the (crystal) ball, I must say! 😂
