I eventually got a response via Facebook Messenger. I had emailed them but still awaiting a response, I was originally told they would be with you by the 21st of December. I just got told to wait for a few more days, before they can re-issue it. I pointed out to them that there is another mail strike on the 23 and 24 December, then they will be closed for a couple of days after Christmas as it falls on a Sunday. I also pointed out to them that they knew about the strikes before October, and other provisions should have been put in place. I got my October and November vouchers before the 17th of the month, even with the mail strikes.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
