Do you have smart meters or do you manually send meter readings? If you have non-smart meters, submitting readings should trigger the generation of an up to date bill.

Something amiss with the triggering process then. Meter is a separate issue but manual readings should trigger a bill. I'll see if @DebF_EONNext can take a look for you as I had a similar problem earlier this year and she sorted it out perfectly.

Have you spoken to an Energy Specialist in customer service about this at all?
They'll be able to take a look over your account with you and find out what's causing the problem.
