This morning smart meter was installed but I couldn't go through payment page after logging into my account. Emergency credit was activated by technician but it might be completely used before 5PM. I tried Twitter, WhatsApp and Facebook and email and no one answered. I called EON and they directed me to 0 345 366 5995 which terminates calls in 3 seconds weirdly!
@mkerem Anasa here 👋 it can take 24 hours for everything to update so you can start topping up this is why we leave you with some credit on and it will stay in F mode until everything has updated and you can top up, if you still have issues tomorrow please get in touch 😊

However, eon next account page is not working as expected. Only shows low credit info with error message. Additionally, top-up online link only opens a blank page.
Not an issue I can replicate as I don't have prepay meters, but could well just be a website issue for the moment. You could try again later and hope it's up again, or maybe try a different device or browser.
Firstly that phone number is for E.On, not E.Onnext so isn't the right one. Secondly, did your meter come with a smart card. If topping up online isn't working, you can take the card to any payzone and top up there. You pay in the shop but your credit is applied directly to the meter electronically.
