Ah, ok. The 0345 number is supposed to be a 'pay over the phone' top up number. Its a non geographical number, but not free.

Now I can be able to top up. However, my smart meter does not calculate my top-ups. Currently, my balance is -£60 in spite of my three top-ups in 16th and 19th of December which are around £150 in total. I've received 3 SMS messages for them including top-up code. Additionally, they are available in payment history.
@mkerem I'm so pleased you can top up now, do you mean it does not update on your IHD screen? Are you payments showing up as credit on your actual meter? sometimes it can take a little while to update on your IHD screen, I find gas is a bit slower to update.

Screen has not given by the technician due to long distance from smart meter to flat. I'm checking it from the app and webpages. Is there any specific time frame for updates? For example my first top-up was on 16th of December but it seems not added to smart meter while it is clearly seen in Payment History section.
