That should work any get your credit onto your meter but we need Customer Services to get your details correct so the next three vouchers go straight to your flat. You should not have to go through all this because they can't quickly fix an account error.

@retrotecchie yes I agree and I thank you for all your help. You have all been amazing. Except they said it could take up to 6 to 8 weeks to get it all really fixed. With my name and my correct address. It's al long time to wait so I'm asking for a code for some energy to get me through the 2 months I might have to wait. But thank you all. Your all fantastic
@Marco I'm pleased you've been able to cash that voucher, if you get in touch with us with your correct address details we can get that amended for you and if you are missing any vouchers we can look into this for you. It would take 6-8 weeks to re issue a voucher with your correct address but actually updating it will be done straight away so it's great you've been able to cash that to save you some waiting time.😊
