@Han_EONNext it was with email. They said it could take 6 to 8 weeks to sort it out. So I'm asking for an emergency code to help me out in the meantime but got no response
I'd take it to the Post Office and try anyway. So long as the name matches, the address won't be so important.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
Hello @Marco. Anasa here 👋 I'm sorry to hear that you got your voucher but it wasn't your address, have you been able to get the address amended? I would also take it to the post office if it has your correct details on. If you are off supply or about to we'll be able to get you a code to ensure that you are kept on supply whilst the voucher re sent to you.
We'll need a picture to show how much credit you have left on the meter, if you sent us over a message via WhatsApp please note that this in an emergency and we'll be able to prioritise you 😊

Did you know that we're open 24/7? There are lots of ways to contact us over here!📣
my reading of this thread is that @Marco hadn’t received any of his vouchers, but now has one, with the wrong address on Can he use that voucher? What about the other two missing vouchers? Clearly getting the account to show his correct address is one very important matter to be resolved. Can you contact him by PM to get his details and to speed up resolution please?
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.

The address error is simply the flat number in his block, not the actual building address itself. The vouchers are just being sent to the wrong flat, albeit with @Marco named on the voucher.
@retrotecchie yes that's correct but I managed to cash it by saying I wasn't in the property longans they accepted my bank card with my name on it. But not my correct flat. So I've kept that so when any more go to her address I have something with my name and her address understand what I mean.
