Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
@Marco. I was replying to Han on the staff here, the rest of us are customers just like you. That means most can only offer advice , while just a few have the ability, if not necessarily the inclination, to do something about it. I’m on your side trying to get this resolved. The staff here though seem to want you to try yet again to go down the route you’ve already tried with zero success.
I use the key mine is an old prepayment and I still haven’t received the voucher I’ve tried to get in touch with someone no ones answered me was the same last month as well🤦🏼♀️ have you had any luck?
can you please refer specifically to the part of the community values you think I’ve breached. The exact words in the community values and the words I used that forms the breach. It seems to me that the team hide behind community values when there’s evidence of incompetence in customer sevices.

Hi @Marco, I appreciate you’re new at this but please have another read of @meldrewreborn’s posts so you can see he is on your side and sticking up for you. He is trying to get someone at Eon Next to actually do something to help you. He deserves a medal for sticking up for customers such as yourself, in my opinion.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
