FiT tariff readings confused with normal meter readings

Has anyone else had trouble submitting their December FiT readings and the brain boxes here not being able to distinguish between the two?

Appreciate it's been a while, just wanted to check have you encountered this issue since last year?
You can enter the reads online, via email which is hi@eonnext.com, contact us via social media using the link in my signature, or you can give us a call.
We have made steps moving forward so that our teams understand the difference between an Electric reading and a FIT Reading. We obviously want to pay you correctly and not over charge you, or even charge you for what you have generated.
