Could someone help please. This is for my elderly parents who paid £180 to top up their key for the meter but the meter will not accept the key. i cannot get through to customer services it just cuts me off after an hour. i have emailed but no answer. the screen just goes blank when the key is put in, then it just says how much is on the meter. been back to the post office and the credit is still on the key, but guy said key is faulty and to call Eon.
key topped up but meter will not accept it!
